Cash Advances
Cash advances will come back to haunt you if you aren't careful. We can't think of a single positive thing to say about cash advances, come to think about it.
Are You Sure About These Here Cash Advances?
We've heard some people claim that cash advances are useful resources. We must say: we can't agree with a single part of that statement. Granted, they could be considered "resources." But that's just about it. Overall, there is nothing good, useful, productive, beneficial (or any other positive adjective) about these rip-offs.
Reviewing the concept of cash advances
Sure, they deposit vast sums of cash into your bank account overnight. But did you ever stop and ask yourself this: why? Do the companies that specialize in cash advances simply wish to throw money about aimlessly? They just want to help any consumer? Or could they maybe tack on such extravagant rates of interest that they are actually making money on the deal? Come on, don't tell us you really didn't realize that. Please don't be so ignorant about cash advances.
The fine print of cash advances
If you are actually thinking seriously about cash advances, for God's sake give it some time. Do not just jump into this without a clue about what you are doing. Don't forget to read all the way through certain pages on certain websites. Somewhere at the bottom, we're sure it will say something along these lines:
- While cash advances may seem appealing, they actually lead more consumers into debt than out of it. This is because of the rates attached to them. You may be sending in a supposedly free application, but you'll owe SO much more down the line. What appears like risk-free $500 right now will steadily grow into the thousands by the end of the year.
Look closely next time you apply for any sort of loan. Chances are you will be surprised. In a bad way. You'll see the cash advance warnings because online services feel guilty about trying to pass them off as legitimately helpful. They add this part at the end to try and feel better about themselves, but we doubt it works. When they wake up the next morning, they are still in the business of cash advances. And that's just shameful.
